SIMPLISTIC DESIGN

Compact Size
Compact & Durable

The CenturionPro Gladiator is a processing goliath, however despite its capacity, this machine takes up a relatively small space. This means you are able to trim in a confined area. In addition, each component is composed of anodized aluminum and stainless steel ensuring durability.

Easy to Set Up
Easy to set up/tear down

The Gladiator might be big machine, but the set-up requires as little as 20 minutes (even less for tear down) leaving you time focus on other things.

Easy to Clean
Easy to clean

The Gladiator is an impressive machine in more ways than one. This beast can be pressure washed clean in 20 minutes – with the exception of the Quantanium tumbler. The tumbler requires delicate handling, but is easily cleaned with a rinse in warm, soapy water and a quick wipe.

Easy to Fix
Easy to fix

Even the larger machines are built to be extremely simple with less moving components. This makes The Gladiator easy to maintain, and even fix if anything ever goes wrong.

The CenturionPro Gladiator

The CenturionPro Gladiator is the highest volume-per-hour automated trimming machine in the world. This industrial harvesting machine does the work of over 40 human labor’s without sacrificing quality, making it an incredibly powerful tool for any commercial operation. This machine works with both wet and dry flowers and will harvest 32-40lbs dry (160-200lbs wet) per hour of use.

The most distinctive features of the Gladiator is the side-by-side tumbler technology. This beast comes equipped with two 21″ cutting reels, two Quantanium coated non-stick tumblers and an industrial strength 4hp leaf collector system with over 3000 CFM of suction power. Therefore, you are essentially getting 2 machines for the price of one of the competitors.

Side-by-side tumbler technology

The engineers at CenturionPro Solutions believe the side-by-side tumbler technology is far superior to running these machines end to end long wise. These flowers are delicate so it is best to get them in-and-out of the machines as soon as possible. This belief minimizes the amount of agitation (and damage) required to obtain a precise clean cut. High-quality north American cutting components utilized by Centurion make it possible to achieve this clean-cut with only one pass negating the need to attach these machines end to end which takes away from the quality of the flowers due to the excessive agitation needed when travelling twice the distance.

An extra large hopper makes consistent feeding of the machine easier and more user friendly. The powerful Toro hardened cutting reels on The Gladiator feature 11 blades each – double the competition! Furthermore, these reels generate 75,000 cuts per minute making The Gladiator an ideal addition to a commercial growing operation.

Non-stick Quantanium coated tumbler

The Gladiator is a powerhouse machine, yet it handles flowers with the necessary delicacy and care. Featuring our coveted non-stick QuanTanium Coated tumbler, which is the only one like it in the world, The Gladiator prevents precious trichomes from adhering to the surface. Subsequently, this results in a 40% greater trichome preservation, which maintains the strong natural aroma and flavour of your strains. Overall, you will notice a visually more appealing as well as more potent flower.

The non-stick Quantanium coating does not require any additional spray. This ensures that your keif is 100% pure and usable. In addition, The Gladiator comes with CenturionPro’s coveted double bag filtration system. This system separates the keif from the trim, allowing you to collect it for further processing and profits.

Unique finely tuned diverter

This is further managed by the unique diverter, which allows our growers to fine tune the flow depending on the strain and density of the plant they are feeding through. This diverter promises a tight clean cut and finish on your flowers without damaging them.

This machine comes with a high quality tool kit, but you will  have to purchase the leaf collector plug separately.

The CenturionPro Gladiator comes with a 10 year warranty!

Why does CenturionPro Solutions offer a better price than other competitors?

We believe in setting honest prices for our customers. We have the best trimmers in the world, and top-of-the-class quality control and manufacturing efficiencies. This results in legions of happy customers, which in return gives us the purchasing power to buy premium parts in wholesale quantities. We pass our saving back to you, our valued customers.

Are your machines built to industrial standard?

We do not compromise quality for cost savings. All CenturionPro® Solutions machines are composed of the highest quality materials available in North America and each machine is put through a comprehensive quality control inspection. Pioneering the industry since 1997, gives us an advantage that cannot be matched by any other competitor.

How easy is it to clean?

Our machines can be taken apart and cleaned within 10-15 minutes. 4 screws to remove the top cover, pressure wash the machine and then you’re good to go. Our optional Quantanium coating is similar to a Teflon pan you would have at home which is even easier to clean. Just submerge in warm water, let soak and then wipe with a soft cloth. We recommend to clean every 4-6 hours of use, but it depends on your strain. We know the importance of down time during a harvest so we wanted to make this process extremely quick and easy.

What is the maintenance like?

We have 15 video tutorials on our website with how to fully service your machine. These step by step videos make it very easy to do everything that will be necessary to maintaining your machine. All parts can be ordered right through the website and will be delivered to you within days.

How long is the warranty?

We at CenturionPro Solutions offer a 10 year warranty with all of our new machines and a 5 year on refurbished machines. We only use the highest quality brand name parts sourced from North America in the build out of our machines. High quality components such as Baldor motors, Timken bearings and Toro cutting reels are some of the reasons why we offer the best warranty in the industry. Our machines are battle tested and have been put through the most rigorous “real life” conditions. As long as you follow the operational/maintenance instructions, your machine will not quit on you.

Do your machines trim wet or dry?

All CenturionPro trimming machines now come all inclusive with both wet and dry tumblers. You have a wet tumbler for wet trimming and a dry tumbler for dry trimming. This is a major benefit because you can purchase one machine and still have the capability to trim wet or dry flowers. Our dry tumblers have a smaller cutting surface than the wet. If you were to run dry product through a wet tumbler, you would have excess loss of flowers. Keeping the yield high is the biggest advantage to having a specific tumbler for both methods of harvesting, wet or dry.

How long does shipping take?

Any order placed for shipping to the U.S. will reach its destination within 1 – 3 business days.   Orders placed within Canada and Overseas take roughly 3 – 6 business days.

{"single_open":"true","transition_speed":"300"}

CenturionPro® Solutions ships internationally and offers free and discreet delivery to anywhere in the USA on all purchases over $1000.

Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you and we take it very seriously. All shipments are packed in unmarked boxes and tracking numbers are also provided for your safety.

GMP refers to the Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations promulgated by the US Food and Drug Administration under the authority of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (See Chapter IV for food, and Chapter V, Subchapters A, B, C, D, and E for drugs and devices.) These regulations, which have the force of law, require that manufacturers, processors, and packagers of drugs, medical devices, some food, and blood take proactive steps to ensure that their products are safe, pure, and effective. GMP regulations require a quality approach to manufacturing, enabling companies to minimize or eliminate instances of contamination, mixups, and errors. This in turn, protects the consumer from purchasing a product which is not effective or even dangerous. Failure of firms to comply with GMP regulations can result in very serious consequences including recall, seizure, fines, and jail time.

GMP regulations address issues including record keeping, personnel qualifications, sanitation, cleanliness, equipment verification, process validation, and complaint handling. Most GMP requirements are very general and open-ended, allowing each manufacturer to decide individually how to best implement the necessary controls. This provides much flexibility, but also requires that the manufacturer interpret the requirements in a manner which makes sense for each individual business.

GMP is also sometimes referred to as “cGMP”. The “c” stands for “current,” reminding manufacturers that they must employ technologies and systems which are up-to-date in order to comply with the regulation.
